Columbia Management a division of General Growth Properties (formerly the Rouse Company) Managed a large collection of office buildings. They needed a comprehensive brochure to arm their sales team with to sell their inventory of premium commercial properties ideally located in prestigious downtown Columbia Maryland.

Use of vibrant and dynamic imagery of each property and a pull out page featuring an aerial overhead image, highlights each property's proximity to the many fine amenities and features of the downtown area. Incorporated into the brochure is a pocket folder for individual customized sales sheets. The physical size of the brochure and layout of graphics were created specifically to accommodate for a possible three hole punch commonly used by commercial realtors in order to store collateral in a 3 ring binder, right alongside the competition.

By listening to the client I created a dynamic piece that anticipated the use by several different end users that enhanced the brochures functionality and visual impact in a way that the competition had not addressed. Giving Columbia Management a distinctive edge in its communications.
