The community of Fairwood is a premiere planned community by General Growth Properties (formerly the Rouse Company, creators of Columbia MD).

I created a special pattern of lines that are shaped to create a gentle arc that runs throughout the brochure's pages. This gentle sweep mimics The Rouse Company's signature design feature of intricate pathways that meander throughout the community, tying together all of the amenities and features that residents will use.

Branding for the planned community was achieved through the use of color and photographs that appeal to the target demographic. This helped differentiate Fairwood as a unique upscale planned community and set it apart from its competition.
