The Prospect

The Prospect is Fairwood’s first neighborhood with single family homes by Allan Homes, Goodier Builders, Mid-Atlantic Builders, Nu-Homes, Patriot Homes, Ryland Homes and the Williamsburg Group.

In The Prospect, the street names are derived from names of members of the Roberts family, who owned 472 acres of the farm on which part of Fairwood is located.
