The second neighborhood to open in Fairwood, the Endeavor consists of single family homes by Allan Homes, Goodier Builders, Mid-Atlantic Builders, Nu-Homes, Patriot Homes, Ryland Homes and the Williamsburg Group.

In The Endeavor, the streets are taken from the family names of individuals who have worked on the farms on which Fairwood is located during the last 50 years. Among them are the Ford, Wright, Livingstone, Meiers, Richardson, Payne, Parker and Jordon families.
